That is really gay! These people who lived below us at our old place threw a huge going-away bash before they left. I'm sure I mentioned it - people sitting ON MY CAR rolling blunts in the parking lot etc. The people next to use kept beating on the wall like it was us, so we would just yell back "it's downstairs, not us!" There were some very unsavory looking folks, and the neighbors were scary, so we weren't even about to go down there. I'm so glad we don't live there. That really sucks though, did you hear the noise on the night of the complaint? It would be cool if you knew where it WAS actually coming from. :/
That was the weirdest thing... we layed there and listened till we fell asleep and didn't hear a thing. We'd feel much better if we could figure out who it was.
