Well, I am certainly interested in seeing that pile of Rivers of London fic :D

It's in progress, haha. I have one pwp that I need to... actually watch a rugby game to finish (it's Nightingale/Frank Caffrey, which I'm pretty sure no one was asking for). And I've got the beginnings of a fic where Nightingale gets turned into a dog and Peter and Lesley panic. If this is any indication, the pile of fic may actually be a kind of trashy pile.

I've only read the first three books, and I probably won't get to the next ones until after I've finished the above, but I'm really enjoying them so far :)

Nightingale/Caffrey is most certainly a pairing I hadn't considered before :D In my plotbunnies Nightingale always gets turned into a bird, because I'm oh-so-very subtle, but dogs allow for a much broader range in expressions, so that's a definite advantage! But jesus, I've read mpreg in this fandom, I don't think there's anything you could write that I wouldn't read because it's 'too trashy' (and if you do, then kudos to you! :D)

Awww, then hopefully you'll manage to get through that stuff quickly, because those books... well, they pack a punch :D But they're definitely good!

Haha, Nightingale as a bird definitely has its own appeal! The turning-into-a-dog thing is a trope that I've seen crop up in a couple fandoms and I was always super confused by, until I randomly pictured it with RoL and was CAPTIVATED. Which is how tropes get spread, I guess. As mentioned in this post I am trying to embrace my id, so I am just going to go with it and see what happens :)

I already bought the forth book as an audio (I really like the reader, which I've noticed is a common sentiment), so I'm prepared! I'm mostly avoiding spoilers, but I've seen enough rumblings to sort of gird myself emotionally for whatever's coming next.
