The moogles swarm and bustle around the town, staffing all the games. One balances precariously on a
wooden board with a maze and a single metal ball in it while a second twirls around
stacked bottles. A third wobbles around holding a hammer too big for itself next to a
mallet-whacking booth while the fourth reads while leaning against a
grabby

Speaking of whom, here was the accompanying lady. He might as well say hello.
"Hello Lucrecia. Fine day, isn't it?

Kuja looked at the booths in question. Most of them were tests of strength and skill. Nothing terribly difficult, not for him.
"I don't see why I couldn't be, with some effort. You've seen the delicacy of my touch for yourself, after all."

Anna cautiously treadled the carnival's grounds, a wary look upon her face. Everything was overly suspicious to her, from the huge rides (which she had finally convinced herself weren't some sort of metal monsters), to the pink spindle-spun sugary candy on a stick. Mysidia and Damcyan didn't have anything of the sort, and, while interesting, could also easily be taken down with one of her favorite fire spells (or so she would like to think).
Her dark blue eyes gazed in wonder across what seemed to be a huge waterwheel carrying passengers about, when she noticed a man heading towards a stand offering a game of chance.
This ought to be interesting, she thought, trailing closely behind. Maybe she'd have a go after him. Knocking down some bottles with a ball should be something she could do easily.

As she watched both moogle and Firion, she became lost in her own memories, specifically ones of her and her father. Tellah had played games before in Anna's youth, though no prizes were won. Just father and daughter being together made Anna long for her homeworld even more.
"Oh!" Drat, she was spotted. Way to blow your cover, Anna. "Uhm, no, really. You can play; I was just going to watch."
Stammer-stammer. At least she was telling the truth...

Surely there's something of interest to be found in what he's up to.

"Ah, Dr. Crescent. A pleasure to see you again." He knows that if he were capable of it, he would be amused at how obvious her curiosity over the data being streamed into his monitor.
"I can assume you are taking a small break from the festivities?"

At the moment he was looking at a crane game, idly wondering which prize to go for first.

When he saw his brother, however, he raised an eyebrow. "Are you really that bored?" He asked, coming closer to Kuja. He knew this may not even end very well, but he didn't really care at the moment.

In the meantime, however, Kuja couldn't just ignore Zidane's presence. But he didn't have give any respect; Kuja's gaze remained fixed on the crane.
"I can hardly cozy up to a ruler who shuts his doors to all, can I?"

But he walked a little closer, though his good sense was telling him not to. "You're finding that crane awfully interesting." Zidane couldn't help but find that a little amusing, actually. His brother...at a carnival. He never thought he'd see the day.

There was something that looked a bit like the railroad they'd used to ship goods, but it went much faster. That was the only thing that looked at all familiar.
Still, she took it all in with her arms crossed, wandering around a bit as she waited for Vanille - they'd agreed to check it out together. Her eyes wandered towards something that read 'Kissing Booth,' and before she could seem too confused as to what exactly that was supposed to do, she saw the poor sap manning it and let out a noise of amusement.
"Well, well." She smirked at Demyx. "Look who we've got here."

"You've come to save me, right?"
He didn't volunteer for this job, oh no. Xemnas seemed to have decided that, with Xigbar gone, Vexen busy, and Axel and Larxene's questionable (if not nonexistant) loyalty, it was Demyx who had to do... well, pretty much everything else. He'd even been assigned Kefka-sitting duties. And as much fun as heckling people into kissing each other could be, Demyx really just wanted to eat some food and go take a nap, and not necessarily in that order.

Fang leaned one arm on the booth, the other hand on her hip as she looked around. She couldn't really blame Demyx for looking bored - everyone seemed to be turning a blind eye to this kissing booth, whatever it was. Though she had a pretty good idea.
"Who put you up to this? That boss of yours?"
