I feel stupid because I hear people talk about Yuletide all the time but I have no idea where to go to participate :p

I am so upset, because signups closed yesterday. HOW WAS I NOT ON TOP OF THIS SITUATION.

You could join the pinch-hit list... I did that before actually signing up because I was nervous about requesting, and on the pinch-hit list you don't have the same ~random possibilities; you can see what you're offering to write first.
