I LOVE it! Especially the end part with Neal asking for matching cufflinks. Such a Neal thing to say. It is fantastical!!!! =D

HAHAHAHHA

love this line "Chuck..." With a look, Chuck dispels Bryce's dark stare and warning tone. (Oh, how Neal wishes that were a trick the Intersect could give him.)

And the ending line to the first fic!

and oooh the second one is sad but juicy

Thanks for the nice review! :) I had fun writing these two, although the second one hurt a little :p

Chuck, honey, clearly someone's been being a bad influence on you, although it doesn't seem to be Bryce and Neal seems pretty surprised as well, so who could it be? (Whoever it was, I'm delighted!) Plenty of helos, indeed.

The second one - well, I guess it's not too surprising Casey's a vindictive bastard, to ay nothing of jealous? Hm? (Because if it's not jealousy, then it comes close to pettiness, hurting Bryce by hurting Chuck, and I'd like to think Casey cares about Chuck, at least.)

:D There's a couple of fun scenes in seasons 4 and 5 related to the question of what Chuck would do if given access to some real money. I'd like to think he'd be willing to dig deep for his boyfriend's brother :)

I was going for protective-in-a-devious-way (thinking Chuck really is better off in Burbank and not running around with Bryce) with an underlying jealousy Casey maybe isn't even aware of.

For some reason, I think I tend to judge Casey more harshly than Bryce when it comes to deceptive behavior in order to protect Chuck. Casey's supposed to be - I don't know, blunt, gruff and reliable?

Still haven't even seen the third season, alas. I don't know - maybe it feels too much like moving on after Bryce? *eyes DVD closet* Or it could just be I've got too much I've yet to watch as it is.

I like to think of Casey that way too :) So I suppose he's a bit ooc in this... Or just too concerned with losing Chuck to Bryce to take the chance that talking to him about it will help :p (There's been a few eps, like Chuck vs. The Tic-Tac and the eps leading up to Chuck vs. The A-Team, where Casey chose the It's-Better-to-Beg-Forgiveness-Than-Ask-Permission route when it's come to matters he feels strongly about.)

Yeah, I'd probably feel the same way if I'd watched the show from the beginning :p I got into it late, and had only seen one Bryce episode (the last one, I think) when I finally got into White Collar and realized 'Hey! It's Bryce!' Then I dug up the Bryce eps, watched them and fell in love :p

Chuck is actually my favorite character, although Chuck-and-Bryce run a close third :p So I still enjoy the show like no other, though one part of the fun is imagining what it'd be like if Bryce were still around. Also, Chuck has changed so much over the seasons! He's still Chuck, but with badassery instead of girlish screaming : ( ... )
