Oh, you've got some awesome books on your list. I've read 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, & 15. Of the ones you have listed there, I'd have to say that Flowers for Algernon affected me the most. The thought of a man being cured of mental retardation and then sliding back into it, and aware of the slide was something I found very sad and a little horrifying. I imagine it to be a lot like being told you have alzheimers.

I'm not sure what my top books would be, but I'd count Clan of the Cave Bear and Ender's Game up at the top somewhere.
