I've only read five BBBs so far and I'm in the middle of the sixth right now. My favourite is probably the Due South crossover-fusion, jjtaylor is a fabulous writer, but I also found the dinosaur AU really enjoyable, it's funny and fastpaced, and the mutant highschool one was quite charming.

My new default icon agrees about the Mutant High fic!!! AWESOME!!! I haven't gotten into the Due South one or the dinosaur one yet, but hurray fanworks!

Sad, I've only read two. Blame the OTP inside of me. Both Pete/Patrick, I really liked the first one, but the second... was the best fucking shit I ever read in my life. It's one about BDSM and it's, incredible. I read it last night and I re-read it some hours ago again, and I should be studying. So amazing... I wish there were fics like that all time.

Oh, I beta'd the second one!!!!! Isn't that story amazing? There so much going for it. And the pacing is phenomenal. That's my favorite thing about that author's writing style. Amazing pacing!

Yeah! I saw your name somewhere in the master post, but I was so hurried to start reading that I went straight to the fic.
I've read it yesterday and today I re-read some parts again. I just loved it. I loved the characterization, the needs of Pete and Patrick, and how since the very beginning it's more than just a kink. I loved Pete, badly.
I think it's my most favorite fic ever.

There's only been, like, three BBBs with my pairing as a main one. I too am going on a mad reading rush. I keep accidentally closing tabs on really good ones, like the Sanitorium one and the Spy one, but I did finish the Firefly AU and I love, love, love the casual mention of the Tams to make it clear this is not a fusion fic, and the girl Andy fic was just a FANTASTIC fic about being a girl in the scene.

Oh, and I got a chance to see the Watchmen influences fic early as a mixer, and it's dark. Like, it's surprisingly dark, and gritty like if Frank Miller wrote fanfiction. :D I really loved that author's Brendon.

Oooooh, I think I'll go read the Firefly one now, actually. Well, once I'm done with this thing I'm mucking around with. Oh, girl Andy is someone I think I'd love and hate to be friends with or just generally talk to.

So, Frank Miller probably really hates both of us right now but you are SO right. I couldn't think of someone to compare the gritty feel to but yes. Frank Miller. Ugh, that one was so good.
