I'm sick of sitting in that room, sick of the bureaucracy, and sick of the hostility surrounding the comfortable lab chair. I love bein a lab tech. Especially now as when some county inspector or sales rep type comes by and asks for the lab manager, people point at me. I get free samples of really cool stuff like centifugal filters and um pipette tips.
Maybe that part sucks.

Oh yeah and I meant to say, I feel your freezer cleaning woes. My project for next week is to reorganize a liquid nitrogen freezer unit. That shit is scary and difficult.

I have a gross pussing blister on my hand and I can't find the first aid kit in the lab I work in. No one is around and I'm playing with toxic chemicals. I need a bandaid, just a freaking bandaid. Sure they'll pay you $25 for defrosting the freezer, but when the toxins give you blood poisoning due to lack of basic first aid... they'll just look the other way!

ouch. You should see this thing... well , you might not want breakfast afterwards though. It's challenging to type with too.
