It's actually a big still from ep 117 when Brian's lying on Mel & Linds' bed, (it just happened to be featured in a magazine as well).

I honestly had no idea it was for an ep until I made that wp and happened to watch the ep after, so yeah. I'm pretty sure you can find the original at G-H online.
