Date: September 25th, 2000 Status: Vaguely Public - Sphix, Anathema, Aziraphale, Loki, War, Uriel Setting: Tadfield Dining Room Summary: Care to have a bite?
Ah lunch! What Anathema wanted right now was a salad sandwhich which was a few inches high. Perhaps with a bit of something else. She was hungry today, as she had skipped breakfast and she headed to the dining room with thoughts of food flitting through her brain.
The dining room wasn't empty when she walked in though. Aziraphale was sittign at one of the tables, a newspaper in his hands, looking worse than the last time she had seen him.
Without a word, she went and joined him. It looked like the angel could use some company.
War had spent the morning at longbow practice again, and she was definitely in the mood for food. Nothing huge, just a decent size balanced lunch.
She headed into the dining room, hoping that there would be a decent selection on. She saw that there were only two people there, both at the same table.
Given one was Aziraphale, she didn't think it wise to risk offending him. She didn't recognise the woman with him, but she headed over to them.
The sphinx kicked aside one of the larger bones scattered across the floor of her room and sat down on a crate. She put her head in her hands and gave a sigh. This was getting dull. Exploring was all fun for the first twenty days, but after that it got unentertaining pretty quickly

It had been a good choice to stop the treatment, Loki told himself. If he'd gone to his doctor's appointment on Friday, he'd most likely be feeling miserable and sick right now. He definitely wouldn't be in any mood to eat

"Mind if I join you?" she asked.
