Hunting for a master's program?

Hi! My name is Jen and I'm a hybrid German/American. Recently the head of my department (I finished my degree in Cognitive Neuroscience not two weeks ago!) asked me if I'd be interested in doing some international advertising for our MSc. congrats on completing your degree!
i'm going to be a student next year in the netherlands (i'm an american). i found this prg and most of the others i applied for through the recommendations of my professors, one through the recommendation of a european friend and the others through online searches for programs in my area of interest. i'd suggest creating some kind of database of student work, alumni database, and relevant information about the prg and life in the germany for international students. also create a facebook group with info, pictures of the students and school, events, new papers and research updates... to inspire potential students and enable them to learn more about the school. in any case you want to get your school's name out there, so besides an online database, perhaps ask the international alumni to recommend the master's prg to their old professors at their undergrad uni...
