I knew there was a reason I didn't see those movies..lol
I didn't think I would care for them. I amnot a huge uma fan, I find her very ugly, (sounds shallow..but true)
but after reading this, I can say I am glad I didn't waste the money!!

Ya know....I saw the first one, and I thought it was alright if you just looked at it as a commentary ONNNN exploitation action films (aka: parades of misogyny and all the rest).

And I liked some of the cinematography.
I liked the detail of the feet-in-the-snow before Lucy Liu and Uma go at it.

But aside from that, yaaaa, I'm tired of movies that show Barbie dolls in combat.
Show me some real women, doing things the way women CAN.
And given my personal experiences with big groups of lesbians intent on changing the paradigm we live in....I guess I can see why Hollywood wouldn't fund such a thing, because how boring, right? People intent on looking at themselves with honesty and workin' out their issues. Gah. Where WOULD they fit in all the killing that's so well-budgeted in the script?

Aside from that, I need a hug, so I'm gonna give you one:
