Don't feel bad! It's really my own fault. I've been so slackerish this year when it comes to LJ. I've actually known him since I was three. I stayed with him when I moved her (until I could get an apartment) and after a while things just developed (though not until I'd moved out). It was hard at first because he was all paranoid about our parents (old friends) would think. He's 8 years older than me, although most people can't tell, so he thought my mom was goign to think he was some kind of creep. He was dead wrong and I knew - she adores him - but things have been slowly progressing since then. It's nice! I mean there have been rough moments, nothing is perfect, but it's a good grounding point for me in this new city, new job, etc.

Wheee, I'm so happy to see people doing this meme. It really gives you a nice little peek into what people are up to. ^^ I'm glad things seem to be going well for you, and I'll keep my fingers crossed for that promotion you're after.

Thanks for the meme! Sorry I didn't put your name up top. I use this at work now so I don't have the handy updater and I forget how to put in usernames...and I admit I was too lazy to look it up. But it is a great idea!

I've pretty much been promised the promotion...but the girl above me would have to leave. I don't really see it happening soon. So...we shall see. I need to explore my options, but I'm not really sure what they are. I don't think I'm ready to be an adult.
