What a cool flower bouquet I got from a friend for my bday this year! Thank you Marie! :) Not that she reads LJ - but there it is. heh. What a cool cake, huh?!

LOL + it was a flower boquet a girlfriend sent me! It was just flowers w/candles!!
We had single-serving cakes - heh - the girls had cupcakes and I had a single-serve tiramisu. yum.
The exercise is totally the bomb. IT's what's making my legs & arms skinny. I upped it to going at least an hour a day or two hours some days and then I can take days off - I go 7 to 10 hours per week and it is working!! My muffin's almost alllll gooonneee!!! woo hoooo!! I'm going to have a better body then when I was in my 20's heh heh. *evil grin* This is awesome, really.
And _ Thank you very much for the bday note - belated or not, it's much appreciated!
Hey, I'm not a cougar yet! gah. I hate that term :P Just cause I'm 37 and 27, 28 & 29 year olds ask me out on dates does Not make me a cougar. I got .. er at least 3 years to go. And besides the only guy I've really dated this year is 32 - so I think I'm safely NOT a cougar > :P :P :P
