lately my goals have been:
to remember to be/feel/exist modestly
to continue to practice & improve actively listening to others
respect that others are not necessarily eager to be drenched in details
and to track my carbs & calories (again - modesty not just in being, but in consumption)

Me too!! I try to be thankful for the time that I'm given!!!
Maybe I should start tracking the carbs... hrmm...
