goals - reminder list

lately my goals have been:
  • to remember to be/feel/exist modestly
  • to continue to practice & improve actively listening to others
  • respect that others are not necessarily eager to be drenched in details
  • and to track my carbs & calories (again - modesty not just in being, but in consumption)
  • ideas, goals, psychology, green living

    Me too!! I try to be thankful for the time that I'm given!!!

    Maybe I should start tracking the carbs... hrmm...

    yeh I'm a "fast metabolizer" so I need proteins & fats / "slow metabolizers" take so long to break down their food they need carbs (ie people who eat & eat & never get fat) & then "med. metabolizers" need an equal amount of all 3 to maintain a good weight.

    If you google "fast metabolizer" you'll prob. find lots of reading about it.
