I'm kicking off the Fluffathon early with a gift for all of you. I wrote it in the hospital and it isn't beta'd so treat it kindly. I had told azdak that I really wasn't that sick and then developed complications which should teach me to open my big fat mouth

It was my intent to do my story early as a thank-you for everyone's concern. But at the time, I also thought I was going to be back on my feet. As it turns out, this has been a much worse attack than expected and I haven't seen another human other than my daughter for three weeks, who stands at the front door and pushes groceries in with her feet. (II'm considered possibly contagious) So whatever I said two weeks ago was wrong anyway.

Yup - I'll second that. When I knew you were writing something I thought I might have a go myself but - alas - there's just nothing in the tank at the moment. Well done you and thank you for this.
