Birthday Thread

Netto was more than ready with having received an email from Enzan about him coming today. All her chores were done in record time and no school work left to do.

All there was left was to wait for Enzan. Dressed up in a white skirt and a baby blue blouse, Netto was waiting patiently for him outside and on the steps to her house.

When Enzan came running up, guitar slung over his shoulder as usual these days, he was at least five minutes late and out of breath.

Being late made him forget a few other things, like his recent hairstyle change.

"Hey, Netto-chan. Sorry I'm late."

Netto blinked several times and stood up, greeting Enzan with a warm smile.

"It's okay. It was worth the wait!" She trotted over to him and gave him a hug the best she could with Enzan's guitar still attached.

Enzan laughed and hugged her back tightly. "I haven't even made it worth the wait yet!"

He pulled back and ran a hand through his hair with a grin. "Oh, yeah. I forgot about my hair - what do you think?"

"But I always like just being able to see you!" Netto planted a kiss on his cheek then stepped back to examine his hair.

"I was going to say! You didn't tell me about changing it. It's different, but I like it."

Twilight wrapped an arm around Enzan's shoulders, "Now now, Blues. Don't jump to conclusions."

Blues just frowned at Twilight before turning to look at Netto, apparently realizing just how uncomfortable she was, "I'm sorry, miss."

She froze once again and slowly looked over her shoulder. There was a nervous laugh before she squeeked, er, spoke up.

"I-it's okay. Not your fault."

Enzan shifted his focus to Netto with a worried frown, and then looked at Twilight.

"I'm sorry I snapped at you guys. We just weren't... expecting company. Netto-chan, these are some of my friends. Blues, and Twilight."

This was never not going to be embarrassing.

"We were just hanging out."

And necking.

Twilight snickered, again, "Apparently. Hey, to make up for this, let's go get some ice cream. I'm buying."
