NYRF season has ended. I finally got baking done the last two weekends. (Holy cow does the stove here leak heat!) I didn't get any chocolate making done though. :( I need to find a recipe for good chocolate Madeline cakes. I have a *lot* of baking cocoa here and it needs to be used
