Mmmmmn pie!

It's still cooling and setting, but the pecan pie is just like...YUM. Chewy pecanny goodness. :) That said, it looked pretty weird while it was baking...it sort of got fluffy in the oven. I don't know if it does that when it's made with pecan pieces instead of ground ones, I'm guessing it doesn't.

I want some...I'll trade ya a piece for some cookies! I baked some cream cheese cookies yesterday...today I think I will make some Chocolate ones.
