Minor announcement! Halloween event!

Short announcement concerning the Halloween event! We decided to start it on October 29th rather than October 30th since we came to the conclusion that omitting Friday from the event would be kind of stupid. So the event will be on October 29th, October 30th, October 31st, and November 1st

I like having a longer event, it's cool those gone over the weekend. But 29th isn't a Friday, it's a Thursday.

Yeah, I figured that out later. Somehow myself, the other three mods, and the other dozen people we were talking to about it didn't call me on it. So I respond with:

"Oh well!" We'll probably make the event-start announcement some time during Thursday.
