These are the fine demons responsible for seeing to a few of your needs in the Netherworld, and/or your imprisonment therein; this is also a list of their duties. The mods will play them as necessary. This list is far from complete, as to keep a sense of...surprise, most NPCs will not be revealed until they appear during the plot.
Supreme Overlord Baal
Tyrant Lord of Terror
The man, the myth, the legend! Also, the man who has brought you here. He is an Overlord so terrible that he is known throughout the entire cosmos. Stories exist in nearly every Netherworld about this supposedly strongest Overlord of Overlords. The stories range from him being an angry God to being a Netherworld boogie-man who punishes demons who aren't bad enough.
He was once a collector of Netherworlds. For millennia, he invaded world after world, adding them to his collection, until he secretly battled a particular Overlord; this Overlord, at the cost of his own life, sealed Baal away. Despite this, Overlord Baal somehow revived and has gained a strange, mysterious plot device power making him stronger than before.
His conquests seem to have stopped, but he has brought people from different dimensions together to his Netherworld. Has he gone from collecting worlds to collecting people? Is he biding is time to become more powerful? Is he just really, really bored? Time will tell. Maybe you'll get more information from him when you defeat him.

These are the demons responsible for creating and enforcing Netherworld law. By no means does this mean they actually do that. A select few aside, the Senators could not give less of a crap about the population (outside voting time) and go out of their way to make Netherworld bureaucracy inept, tedious, and ineffectual. So, it's basically just like real-world government. They reside in black_congress and their meetings are held at darkassembly. Voting Senators in and out will happen every so often. There also exist Legendary Senators who make their appearance at random and very, very rarely.

These are Overlord Baal's most elite soldiers: The Great Invincible Demon God Something Something Generals. Due to this name being too ridiculous even by Netherworld standards as well as far too difficult to remember, they're simply known as The Demonic Devas. Each one is well beyond the power of most Overlords but are certainly not invincible. Their identities will be recorded when they are revealed during the course of the plot. Each one also has a secondary job.
