es cool and looks yummy. The stiffness of the dough is most likely the handleing. Non-yeast dough has to be handled very gently and as little as possible. You might try handling it till it just comes together before you start running it through the machine or rolling it depending on what equip you have.

Feel free to continue bragging like this - I need some way of living vicariously, since cooking is one of many things that I am really not good at... (see stories about Indi lighting various cooking implements on fire, including the BBQ).

The asparagus looks absolutely yummy - may have to try mimicing that one, which from the description, should be easy enough.

It's really pretty easy, and it works perfeclty well with green beans, too.
