The weekend after Labor Day is the Camarilla regional event for my region (the NW region). I'm pretty excited to actually get a chance to hang out with a BUNCH of people I haven't seen nearly enough of late, and hopefully more than a few coming in from out of town

Sadly, I might be cancelling my reservation and seeking crash space... out of two roomies, one cancelled her trip and one's not sure if she's going or not.

I won't be making it - the Seattle trip the weekend prior is sucking my available time off, and I need to hoard the remainder for ICC and RC's return home.

Just so ya know - the Riverveiw rooms are already sold out. Dunno quite yet if it's us who have most of them, but I think that we do - so you *should* have Cammies surrounding you. Don't quote me cause I don't have full confirmation from the hotel on this, but I think that we've got 80% of the River Rooms.

If you know anyone with one who wants to hit the party and/or is tolerant of late-night noise, have them specifically request to be next to the suite. The hotel said they could accomidate that request, and all it takes is one guest (Cam or not) to complain...

I tried to get a River Room but couldn't..I have my room though, and will try to upgrade if something opens up.

I've made most of the games on nights where I don't have the boys and I'm not out of town. Sadly, that hasn't been very many at all.

I'll be there. By a roundabout route, but I'll be there. I still remember parts of the News Year's Eve NWRE 2k3 party... I think... I'd be happy to chip in for more hazy memories. :-)

I don't think anyone else from Fairbanks will be making it this time though.
