That Standford Prison stuff was freaky. I might have some vague memory of hearing about it somewhere, but I definitely have never heard about it in such detail. Although -- and maybe this shows a lack of professionalism or human compassion on my part -- but I thought the teahouse story was kind of funny -- maybe it's just because the word "watchqueen" makes me think of Hooded Justice. I let my mouse hover over "CFR" and cringed at just the thumbnail of the official-looking page. I have to read NEPA again for my class, plus articles on the role of the courts in environmental policy making, so I have some empathy.
What's really freaky is that Dr. Phil Zimbardo is still a fairly well respected professor. You'd think that wouldn't be the case being that he is so often used as a case study of what NOT to do in research.
Well, to be honest here too, NEPA is stunningly short for major policy-changing legislation -- only 8 pages long. ^_^` But I still hold that reading about laws can be pretty onerous in general.

Pretty straight forward.
