I started playing Dragon Age II (yes, I forewent Dragon Age: Awakening, do not kill me asthenie_vd xD) which is the reason for me ignoring tumblr, livejournal and most of my real life friends. Damn it. xD

Anyway, there is this elf character I really like (pinku calls him the "typical emo elf" and yeah, she is right, even though I refuse to think about it)

Aah, Fenris. On my very first playthrough I completely missed his existence because my "good" mage character did not want to get involved with that lyrium smuggling sidequest, or whatever that quest was you first meet him on. XD Once I learned I had missed recruiting him I had to replay the complete intermission in the Deep Roads and then some to get it. And it was not worth it, because he kept bitching at me for being a mage and not being a fan of slaughtering every other mage we met ... Let's just say, after that experience, as far as mage-haters go, I usually prefer to take Sebastian along. XD

I really should though, because you're missing the whole backstory for Anders/Justice. Which is sad, because they were both great characters in Awakening, and to see what their union turned them into in DA2 is such a punch to the gut if you played the games in the correct damn order! XD

I shall play Awakening eventually, but dear God do I not care for Anders a bit. It might be his "Alkoholikerbäckchen" as pinku calls them or his weird coat (that furry thing has to smell SO BAD) xPP I like Justice/Vengeance though. Can't he always be glowy the goddamn do-gooder? (I AM DONE WITH THOSE, THANKS ALISTAIR! ;^;) Maybe I'd appreciate him more after Awakening - BUT I JUST DON'T LIKE mages that much! D= Glowy, vengeful demons on the other hand... =D

I must say, I appreciate Fenris' humor. He always gets his ass handed to him by Anders in terms of arguing about the poor fate of mages whereas Isabela is just interested in magic fisting and still he keeps his sarcasm and attacks them relentlessly. <33 AND HE WAS PROBABLY THE ONLY ONE WHO CHUCKLED AT MY JOKE ABOUT "WOUNDED COAST/MASSIVE HEAD TRAUMA BAY!" I NEARLY DIED LAUGHING AND NONE OF MY STUCK UP COMPANIONS COULD APPRECIATE MY

Mages generell eher *duckt sich vor fliegenden Feuerbällen* ich bin eher der Haudrauftype bei sowas, auch wenn mir die DA2 Kampfanimationen unendlich viel Freude bringen XDD
