UGH! Zahn has it now

Zahn now has ringworm...ugh..will this never end? She has it in two spots..one on her leg and one on her chest by her neck.....More Lotrimin is being bought today....I think I should invest in their stocks....with as much as I spend on that crap..I would be rich!!!! I wish I could SUE Logan's school and make them pay for all the medications and

Have you talked to a lawyer about that? Can you prove they were neglegent?

Logan got it last year at school..some kid had it and the school did not bother sending home a notice to anyone (which i do beleive that it is the law to send home a notice when a child has some type of "disease" such as ringworm, shingles, chicken pox, ect...)and 7 months after Logan got it they sent a notice that kids in his grade had it...and they never did anything else..I spoke with his teacher and she got a public health nurse from the county that handles the school to come to our home...but nothing ever happened...I have not spoken to a lawyer...do you think I should??? Chris even had a spot on him a couple months ago..I am the only one who hasnt gotten it yet *knocks on wood*.

I think it's something that should have been brought attention to. Maybe you should talk to a lawyer just to see if you have a case.
