Months later, and this still makes my heart ache ;__; ♥ I love hate love/hate the uncertainty over whether they're in Heaven together or not. If Dean's knowledge of Sam is so deep that even imaginary!Sam would have doubts and questions, or if Dean's certainty is justified and they're both there together, for real. (For my own sanity's sake, I'm going to believe that it's the latter XD)

Oh, this is so lovely. The image of the car settling outside the bar sticks in my mind because that's what this feels like--a little bit of unease, a little bit of heat, all settling and sliding into something cool and easy. Like gypsy_sunday said, I'm not sure whether I can really trust this heaven, but oh, I want to. This is the heaven I'd pick for them. ♥

Thank you, bb! \o/ I love that it's canon that they're destined for heaven together, sniffle.

I wanted to put a little more certainty into this fic - they're in heaven together, of course they are, damn it! - but my muse didn't cooperate. I'm all for believing in the happy ending, though - they're entitled to one, sheesh.
