When people put ellipses after every single sentence.

"I'm always trailing off...

I don't ever finish a sentence...

Does it make sense for ellipses to be here... ?

This is incredibly annoying..."

Used occasionally to indicate uncertainty or something is fine. But please people! Use them intelligently!
