My mom and is coming down for Thanksgiving!!!  I am so excited!  And maybe my brother too.  Me and the hubby were just saying that it is going to be weird with out his family, and it is.  Now we have some familiarity with my mom coming!  I am gonna miss his family though, with their pies, Tonitas, candied yams, and just the fun they make.  Well, ( Read more... )

 Now I have only been working out for a couple of days lately, and my muscles are aching this morning.  I have come down 3 lbs since last week, which is great.  I am also worried about the Holidays coming, I have to trust myself not to over indulge.  I am going to get some veggie trays out for thanksgiving.  I should be ok ( Read more... )
