I am actually looking forward to the boy!clones storyline. I love that it was Mark (and not Cal, Paul, or Felix), though obviously I'd have been ALL OVER clone!Chads. Obviously!
I do wonder if my eagerness is in part because one of my favourite storylines of season two was Gracie/Mark. I kinda got over Sarah/Cal & Cosima/Delphine and Kira and Mrs S and all that jazz, and I think the show itself started to lose it's way in some areas (Tony was a terrible, cheap, let's pat ourselves on the back for being half heartlessly inclusive character, with a cringe-worthy storyline, IMO, for example).
I was watching for Rachael, Helena, Gracie/Mark, & Donnie/Alison at the end, and am looking forward to seeing how season three plays out.
I'm trying to withhold judgement for now, but I'm not sure I'm happy about the intrusion of male clones
Agreed. There was a comment from the creator that was something like they never considered doing this story with a male lead(s) because men and their multitudes is not something that needs to be explored the way women and their multitudes does, and I still think that's true.
So, on that depressing thought, have a vid rec: Rootless. IT IS ALL THE THINGS.
