Hello girls, it's Tuesday! 2 things before I go into my blog today. 1.) Here is the clip I promised you all of Libba Bray saying hello to the nerdwriters from when I met her about a week & a half ago

Awww it was so awesome to meet you! I'm really glad you were able to stay and hang out! It's nice to see how much we have in common, and now we can be gathering buddies for future get-togethers! I look forward to chatting with you more, and watching more of this collab! ^_

I too am glad for the nerdfighter community. I can't imagine a Nerdwriterless world!
1.There aren't enough internets to give you. 2.Nope I had to work. :( 3.I've made a few friends on the ning. though I heaven't been around in the longest time. They've probably forgetten I exist 4.Probably The Diary of Anne Frank and maybe the Amelia Bedelia books as they made me want to write everything down. 5. Nope!
1. What do you mean "do I win"? Darling, of course you win! That's why you're here! 2. Uhhhhh, no. I'm getting on a plane in less than 36 hours. The time for blog tv shows has passed for me. 3. No, but that's because I'm still fairly new. OH MY GOD. I JUST REALIZED I MISSED MY NERDFIGHTERVERSARY. IT WAS THE 16TH! ...the 15th? One of the two. Anywho, I'd say as far as my time:nerdfighter friend ratio goes, I'm doing fairly well. 4. Harry Potter. It made me want to find other people who love books like I do. It brought me to the internet and it brought me to you guys. There are so many things I wouldn't know or wouldn't have done had it not been for those books. I owe so much to JK Rowling. 5. No, but I have to. Eventually.
It was good meeting with you at the gathering. Thanks for providing such great footage. Hope to see you again and talk some more!
I'm glad he brought up the fact that books do not (always) provide good models of behavior. It matches well when he responded to the question about how parents have tried to get his books banned or moved in libraries, and whether that affected his writing afterward. John's not writing to make his books acceptable to all parents. John writes to get a more important message than that.
Comment answers:
1. YES 2. Nope, I was there with you! 3. I have, through a Vlog Every Day in September challenge. I'm also sad Lizz couldn't make it. 4. Eat, Pray, Love and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime were especially moving for me. 5. I have. I would actually suggest going under rather than being awake.
