It wasn't bad! I wouldn't call it my favorite dish, but it was pretty good for someone who usually won't cook without a gun to his head. I made one small error because I read the instructions too fast, but I don't think it changed the flavor much.

Thanks! I was rather proud of myself for that. Aaron challenged me to cook three meals this week while he's gone. I don't know that I'll get to three, but even one or two is progress. lol
