janine i love you and can totally relate to you in this. my coach=major asshole too. get this three hours of HIGH INTENSITY drills and weight lifting. and it still wasnt good enough for him. humph. i guess we are just good enough for each other.

As i was reading it i knew exactly what it was about. Since i know Janine pretty well, if there is one thing she lives for it's that..I hope things work themselves out. Coaches are dicks and the only way in my opinion to shut them up, is prove to them you are amazing. Which you are!!!..i miss you and feel better kid. You have a lot of people that care a lot about you, don't be scared to run to them..
