Just a question, if that count is accurate didn't icon #06 win first place? Or are those votes and not actual points? Sorry for being so nit-picky.

That just shows the votes overall, not what place an icon has been voted for. Yours has been voted for first place more than 6 ;) Every icon gets points for every vote we add and determine the winner with. I guess it's not that transparent for someone not familiar with our tally system, sorry for the confusion, but rest assured your icon won even if the vote count doesn't seem to match that
