Ooh, she's got a great question. I have no advice since I've never had to deal with that particular situation but it's a really good question.

i agree with you...it's an excellent question. I don't know how to answer the question either. Hopefully someone or several people on live journal will be able to offer some suggestions or input.

i'm sure she will appreciate your support. I'm praying that a very special person will want to buy the house and maybe see it's potential as a bed and breakfast (especially if the zoning were correct) as the area the house is situated in is a tourist area...close to the ski hills in the winter and the water in the summer. The fact that the place is haunted would probably make it more attractive to potential tourists and make them want to stay there
