that is such an amazing place to take both of those characters! i'm so mad at myself that i didn't think of it. Man and Dick could so clearly find comfort in eachothers arm's after Beaver's death. And its the best idea because it is the idea with the most potential for conflict. No one is gonna like it, not even mac or dick...

I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Yes Mac/Dick is a great relationship because there is so much potential for angst and disaster but also for helping eachother through their grief. There's no way I can take credit for this ship though. The brilliant writers over at http://community.livejournal.com/mac_dick/ started it all with their amazing fanfictions.
