You'd be surprised. Supposedly, Wallace only has 1 video dedicated to his character alone. Jackie has none to just her. Meg has just 2. Mac has just 1. There are some great opportunities if people look and get creative.

So it's NOT an exaggeration to say that 95% of all vids are Logan/Veronica? *sigh*

I just stopped watching after a while because they all sounded the same. I generally just wait for one to take the fandom by storm and get recced a lot, the most recent being "Part of the Queue."

I wouldn't go so far as to say 95%. Look at the most recent summary and you will see it is about 50/50 split. It is probably closer to 60/40 most months, but if you are just waiting for someone to tell you about a video, then yeah you're missing a lot.
