Read The Sandman: Endless Night as well as one manga-ized comic starring one of the main cast: Death at my local Barnes n' Noble after work. Fun read. So this is why people make such a big deal on that comic series. I feel compelled to draw Death or at least the entire Endless in general, but I wanna acquire more knowledge on the characters

I only read two The Sandman books: doll's house and Season of Mists

My favourite is Season of Mists, because there's alot of characters based in the diffrents mytholgys around the world plus the plot is pretty interesing too...is something about lucifer quiting of being the ruler of hell , you even get sympathy for the guy LOL

I think you really will like those storyes they have a great character development....oh and there's a character named Daniel :B LOL who have a interesing role.

oh and if you are interesed check out the comic "The books of magic" is from the same creator of sandman and Death have a cameo on it :)

Actually, I'd recommend Season of Mists first. It gets you into the idea that these are not stories for children just because these are comics. And then you're all set for the Cereal Convention.
