So I was at Shirokiya the other day, picking up some delicious dollar books, and I noticed some DVDs on sale as well. In particular, season one of Stargate: Atlantis at $19.99 made me immediately think of

lol, I'm not exactly going to buy all the seasons of SG1, just so I can understand everything in the first season of Atlantis.

well you could download them :P i get all my complete seasons of stuff from tvtorrents and i know they have sg1... dunno if your torrent place has it or not, but i'm sure it does...

and yeah, i noticed :P
