in this poem, are you working through Camus' the Myth of Sisyphus?

"my plight is heriocally absurd.
yet i smile.
i am just a pretender...
all is well,
is it not?"

these lines make me inevitably think of Camus' observation: "We muct think of Sisyphus happy".

maybe I am totally off...anyway I like your poem.
