She said her husband handles the insurance so I'm writing to him. If she didn't tell him what happened, or lied, I could start a war in their family. The address is a farm so I expect he won't be happy with the fuss if I write. I hope he pays up. She ran off sharpish after I got her details so I'm sure she is feeling liable.

Thanks for the info. It seems to be gaining popularity in the UK, but I don't know anyone who takes it. TBH I only have a mild to moderate problem, it's the persistance of it that bothers me. I have no scarring. I think I will try all the other treatments first like the vitamin A gels and see how it goes. Accutane will be a very very very last resort.

Yeah, mine was similar, but it was just everywhere. I got a pimple on my knee once- I mean WTF? LOL... So that's the main thing Accutane fixed for me. But it was the last resort when nothing else worked. I hope your doctor suggested Accutane as a last resort, I know mine did when it was initially suggested.

I just heard a suggestion today about using pure aloe vera on your face twice a day, once at night, once in the morning. I'm going to give it a go, see what happens.
