I just read this. Awesome job as always. Loved the line about Karev having the shortest odds of succeeding but now possibly being the future of peds in the USA, not just Seattle.

It's really strange trying to get into the head of the other characters too. I'm usually trying to keep the two girls true to how I perceive their true selves so trying to keep the others true is hard.
