I'm sorry but your account doesn't look elite to me. You don't have a gallery, you have few avatars, no painted pets. I would have hoped to have seen a lot more going on in your account, especially to make it elite.
However, though your application wasn't very elaborate, you did mention a lot of goals. With this in mind, I think I'd enjoy seeing you back here in half a year or until you've completed those goals. Good luck ^^
Your lack of painted pets really sticks out, and you have almost no stamps. You could use some more avatars. I do really like your Neohome, though. Maybe you could reapply after you meet some more of your goals :)
Sorry, you seem nice but there's just nothing really great about your account...it's actually surprising that your pet's stats are so low, being as old as he is, I'd think he'd have higher stats just from stuff like Coltzan's Shrine, Faerie Quests, free pet day training, etc. If you want to paint him ghost, that's actually really easy to achieve, since ghost is the cheapest color, you can buy it for only like 90k on the shop wiz.
You don't seem to be extraordinary in any one aspect of the game, which doesn't stand out in my books. Your elaboration could be better as well, but it was mostly just that nothing stands out. Sorry.
