Fruits Basket used to be my absolute favorite anime of all time and I never thought I would love anything more... Of course, I was still young and just discovering anime (when the manga was first released, so I have them all first edition), but I've always hated Tohru with a passion. She was just sooooo stupid and it drove me up the wall! I loved the other characters, but I can't stand anime!Tohru... manga!Tohru is more tolerable for me, but I can only deal with it for so long.

At first I was sad that they didn't continue/finish the anime, but now I'm glad... because I can't force myself to rewatch it... it just taaaaakkkkeeesss fooorrreeeevvveeerrrrr..... Like omg...

And the dub makes me want to bash my head against a wall... but I don't like dubs in general, obviously...But seriously... It used to be my favorite... I have all the little keychains (two of Yuki because I got one, myself, and one from a friend), a Momiji and Kyou plush, the anime and the entire manga

Aww, I always loved Tohru. She was my inspiration. :)

Yeah, you can definitely tell it's one of Funimation's early dubs. I wish they could go back and redo it now! XD;;

Sorry to hear that. I still love the anime, but I could never get into the manga...

Awww, the manga is so much better, though. The anime is just too darn short in comparison. =/ I still love it, too, and I still wish it went longer!
