In retrospect, it's kind of strange how James always seems to end up in, uh... questionable situations with Ash's female companion of the hour. He had some pretty weird moments with May...

It's just a very strange thing that is repeated throughout the series. Which... I guess is okay in the Japanese version but the English version goes out of its way to make James progressively gayer as the seasons progress, and yet this still... always happens...
