So there's this girl at work, Jamie, Ive kind of had a thing for her off and on since Ive known her at work. Recently she was moved next to me and we've been talking a bit. I'm prety sure she would be open to the idea of dating, I know she is open to hanging out. There are a few complications though. 1) she has a child and I dont want to be a dad ( Read more... )

move to myspace move to myspace!! i told you i would be helpful...
do you know how weird it feels to be on lj? feel special punk. feel reeaalll special.
1) but it would be cool to call you papa wulf! you can grow a full beard, get glasses, and smoke a tobacco pipe. then we can all gather around the fire and listen to stories of the old days, while you sit in your smoking jacket, petting the dog. just think about it... if shes not looking for a father...then dont worry about it. kids can be cool sometimes. just make sure you'll always be able to find a babysitter..
2) stop stereotyping yourself. life is not some hyped up "teen" movie, where being in with the cool crowd is everyones dream. everybody has got a chance with everybody. its just wether you have the balls to be yourself and let people see how cool you really are.

there my good sir, are your two cents back. thank you for giving them too me!
awww come on....smoking jacket!!! yeah!

Hey, your the one who told me not to go to myspace! I would post blogs there but they are alittle too public on there. I wish I could grow a decent looking beard but its kinda patchy... maybe when i grow up lol. And its not like I want to be 'in the cool crowd' but when i was in like 7-10th grade I never stood a chance with the really pretty girls. Im sure Jamie would claim she wasnt in the popular crowd but im sure it was still a different world than i lived in. But your right, I just need to be myself. That did help alittle, thanks. Today I tried alittle experiment to see if there was a chance and i got a good response. Then I asked if she wanted to hang out friday after work but she would have to do something with her kid, so i dunno i will just have to wait and see.

well offer to do something with her and the kid...go bowling or something...and then be all sweet with the kid..oohhhh girls love that...
and yeeaaahh...i know...but things were different then! and i was worried about the blogs at first too...its like i go from this tight-knit group on lj, to what 56 people...but..i stopped worrying when i figured out like only three people look at them anyway. noone even cares about them. so i could post anything i want to on there..
but i must admit...it feels really damn good being on lj...shit.
so what was this experiment?

I dont think she wants to introduce the kid to any guys, it would just confuse him. I dont think she is looking for a serious relationship, and thats cool cause im not really right now either. experiment - Long story short I said she looked tired, she said that was a nice way to say she looked like crap, i said no your adorable and i want to cuddle you to sleep, and she said sounds like fun. guess thats not really a long story short lol
