I'm starting to wonder if I am wearing a sign on my back saying "Hey I don't drink, argue with me!" cause I checked my back this morning an nothing was there. Today in English, I was on my school laptop minding my own business. My fellow classmates began talking about what there are going to do on there Christmas break. Hmm been there, you know it's best to take no notice. As a non drinker your less likely to get your self killed in a car smash and many other alochol induced deaths. Then the Geroge Best booze hound of the UK. Alright he was good as a footballer but as ahuman being he was a bit iffy. He drank himself into a grave.

'One guy wouldn't stop talking about how he's going to be drinking like no tomorrow.' Well if he needs new liver he shouldn't get one just like Mister Best. Oh an lets not forget that X-Mass fave alcoholic poisoning.

I'm 19 - 18 this past summer, which is pretty much legal adult not only here but in Europe. A couple of my cousins found out I don't drink; they didn't call me a coward (since I'm a girl and they're guys and there's just this semi-regressed mindset among some people there), but they did pester me for ages, be like "here, here's a beer. One sip? Don't you even want one sip ( ... )

Yeah it would be kind of strange for a person who is all ready a bit unstable to drink. That's like pouring gas on a fire. Yeah that's very smart how you know your limits. But it's good to know that I'm not a loser, I can't belive I began to doubt myself. Thanks for the advice!

I don't drink either. It doesn't make you cool. If you drink too much, you act like an idiot and do things that you normally wouldn't, or things that you would regret. Some people can't even remember what happened when they're drunk, that block of time is just blank to them. And you get horrible hangovers the morning after. To me, it's not worth it, and for the most part, other people don't have a problem with it. Just be yourself, and if someone can't accept that, they're not worth your time.

Your right, being myself is all that matters. Yeah an memory loss is very screy though of being drunk. I mean who knows what you could have done while you was drunk, an can't remember...that's deep. Thanks for the advice!

Im cali so I know what thats like except if you dont smoke and drink your not cool that doesnt make you kool it makes you retarded maybe that guy that told you it would make you into a man is to worried about being cool and is gloting about it when he himself probably doesnt drink and mostly is a lightweight.. So dont worry about hes the one thats a nobody that has to say he drinks to get attention

Yeah I don't know what I was thinking beating myself up like that. That was stupid of me. But thanks for understanding, not many of my friends do. But your smart, you drink, and you know your limits...I find that really awesome. I will continue to be myself...wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks for advice, it's interesting...a best friend's words seem to surpass a regular friends words...like it means more, even though it's the same message. Kool lol.
