The inspiration for this one goes right over my head (for the moment) but that doesn't matter because the illustration is so pretty and simply styled. The colouring is nice too. Is it watercolour pencils? (It doesn't look like digital colouring to me, but what do I know. lol)

:D I am going to a more simple illustration and it has been a while since I draw anything (am still a little uninspired) it's not digital, it's watercolour.
