I will be glad when they put Hero out on ebook. If they ever do.

Thanks for this. The comic section is enlightening to me because I don't know much about who's gay in comics these days. I haven't read them in a while so I'm interested in checking out Dark Wolverine, Ultimate X-Men, and Young Avengers.

Are there any lesbian comic book characters I should know about?

Batwoman. Her series has kicked all kinds of ass and she's got a miniseries out in trade.

The Angelus featuring Danielle Baptiste. I believe she's bisexual but it explores her first relationship with a woman and a lot of butt kicking action in it as well.

Buffy Season 8. Willow holds it down and it also features Satsu, Kennedy and a few more surprises to boot.

Renee Montoya- The Question. She's one of the main characters in 52. Highly recommend you check it out.

I'll definitely be doing a queer comic book character roll call post next month for Pride.

I noticed this http://www.amazon.com/Witch-Eyes-Scott-Tracey/dp/0738725951 arc among the give aways and immediately said "Neo might love to review, snatch!"

It would be my gift, you're a cool guy and deserve it.

Just PM me a way to get it to you and it's yours. I'm heading to the post office tomorrow anyway for some errands and it can happily tag along.

Scott Tracey's new YA novel, Witch Eyes, is gay spec fic. I recommend it.

another YA novel might be worth looking at (if YA takes your fancy) is the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare which has one of the main characters in the process of coming out as such within the series. not a main story line in the series as a whole but very interesting inclusion

plus it's one of my favourite books ;-)

I found that series very homophobic. I wrote a review of it here
