Thanks for the beta! And the latest trailer just jossed it a few minutes after I posted, but I changed "gunshot wound" and it's good for a little bit longer.

AND OMG THE TRAILER IS AWESOME!

On the flipside, I've read some incredible fanfiction that has pissed me off because it's so good and so much better than the canon, the fact that it isn't canon is a crime in itself.

Oh God, yes. I've seen a lot of that!

I went deep into a holmes/watson slash binge about a year ago, and found some really good, thought-provoking work that just made me stan the duo all the more. I think I linked then in a post around then. I probably have a LJ tag for it. ;-P
